Finca SL is a historic luxury finca with beautiful views of the Tramuntana Mountains which is a World Heritage Site. Finca SL is a perfect holiday paradise for families with children and friends. This typical Majorcan finca of the 18th Century is a unique gem on the island and is surrounded by the vineyards between Alaro and Binissalem .
The house is a luxury country estate of approximately 650 square meters with a blend of various atmospheres from old walls to modern living as well as contemporary art. High quality parquet and terracotta floors dominate this furnished in an elegant traditional property which has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests.
Indoors
In the main house on the first floor there are five double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathroom, two with separate dressing area. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom.
On the ground floor is a large entrance hall, two large lounges with three fireplaces and with SAT-TV, a dining room, kitchen with dining area, utility room, a study with fireplace. The residential building is oriented to the south - to the north-west, opened the magnificent view of the mountain chain.
Outdoors
In the beautiful park are other buildings an atelier and riding corrals stables and an adorable little chapel which is in the park of the estate. Several terraces form a great invitation to relax and emphasize the welcoming character of this charming property. There are ten acres of land with almond trees, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees.
There is a private swimming pool of 10 x 6 m, sun beds and umbrellas.
The full size tennis court is illuminated at night by floodlights with complementary tennis racquets. There are four bicycles to enjoy and ride into the town Binissalem, a short cycle away. The park is home to peacocks, doves and geese.
The private park is of course the perfect environment for festive occasions such as weddings and family celebrations.

The most beautiful beaches of the island, Alcudia and Pollenca are 20 minutes away ; Palma with its beaches 20 minutes.
