The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are in the guest house.

Indoors 

The house's architecture is inspired by the Santañyi sculpture by the renowned Danish architect Jorn Utzon, famous for designing the Sydney Opera House. It is built entirely with traditional island stones such as the famous Mares stone and the precious Santanyi stone, valued for their color and beautiful texture. The ground floor houses a well-equipped kitchen and a generous living area, including two distinct living spaces and a dining room. The large windows provide the best views in all directions, either overlooking the bay and the sea or the well-maintained garden with its cypress trees, bougainvillaeas, and aromatic Mediterranean plants. Its geometric shapes, some architectural details, and vaulted ceilings make it a unique villa on the entire island.


Outdoors 

You can enjoy an impressive terrace with a large swimming pool (16 x 6m - Depth: 0.2 to 2.25m) offering panoramic views of the coast and sea. A small path leads directly to the sea via a staircase, promising delightful swimming. The property also boasts an enchanting Mediterranean garden linking the main house and the guest house, adding a touch of greenery and serenity to this idyllic setting.


Staff & Services

Several cots and high chairs are available.
The price includes final cleaning and a weekly maid service (3 times a week in July/August and once a week the rest of the year).
Please note that during the cool season (November to March), heating costs will need to be added.


Location

The property is ideally located on the seafront, with private access to the bay of Porto Petro, a small, unspoilt fishing village.
The Mondragon Natural Park, with its protected beaches, is just a five-minute drive away, offering even more nature to explore. Nestled in a tranquil area dubbed ‘the colony of silence’, surrounded by large private villas, this home promises a peaceful and inspiring escape.
